We collect nonpublic personal information about you from some of, or all of, the following:

- Information about your transactions with us or others such as your account balances, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage.
- Information we receive from a consumer credit reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history.
Nonpublic Personal Information and Nonaffiliated Third Parties:
- We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
- Unrelated companies that perform support services for us, such as data processors, check printers, or debit and ATM card issuers.
- Companies and other entities as permittted by law.
We do not collect personal identifying information about those who are merely visiting our web site. Standard software is used to collect and store the following non-identifying information about the visitors:
- The name of the domain from which they access the site;
- The date and time the site was accessed; and
- The internet address of the web site from which they linked to our site.
When our web site is accessed to apply for accounts or services, visitors may be asked to provide online personal information that is necessary for us to process applications or to otherwise provide the services requested. To ensure that information submitted online remains confidential, all information is transmitted by means of a secure connection using encryption. We, and the outside companies with which we work, may maintain the information provided to us in order that we can meet additional financial needs.
Customers often communicate with us by use of e-mail. In order to efficiently respond to e-mail communications and to meet legal and regulatory requirements, we may preserve the text of any visitor’s e-mail, the e-mail address and our response. Information submitted to us by e-mail is treated as confidential and used only where appropriate for business purposes. Visitors to our web site are advised that e-mail communications may not be wholly secure from interception.
To make our web site as efficient as possible to our online visitors and customers, we use ‘cookies’ as part of our interaction with browsers. A ‘cookie’ is a small text file placed on the visitor’s hard drive by our web site server. ‘Cookies’ are used to determine if visitors have previously visited our web site and for administrative purposes. They are not used to collect personally identifiable information or to determine e-mail addresses. ‘Cookies’ will be treated as personally identifiable information and protected in accordance with the privacy regulations.
